Welcome to Tom's Automatic Page Reloader!

1. First enter the Reload Page. It must start with the http:// . Then Click LOAD.
2. After loading the page set the Reload delay in minutes and seconds.
   The minimum time is 10 seconds and if Zero seconds then 2 is the minimum minutes delay.
3. Then hit RELOAD
   REMEMBER DO NOT use the Netscape scroll bars to scroll. Instead use the UP and DOWN buttons.
4. Press STOP to stop reloading the Web page.
